THE DEEPENING: AN IMMERSIVE CONTAINER

holding you as you learn to trust

A custom pathway to guide you.

Built together with you, because you are the epicenter of this season, not an afterthought to your baby's care.

So much of postpartum support treats the mother as the vehicle and the baby as the point. Here, we start from a different premise: your body, your capacity, and your own healing are the point too.

We gather for seven visits over three months, each one giving you clear action steps to carry forward. This isn't a single consult where you walk out with a printout and are left to sort through it alone. It's a container that holds the whole arc of this season, one visit building on the last, so the plan can actually shift as you and your baby change.

Between visits, we stay connected through messaging support, so a question that comes up doesn’t have to wait.

Whats within

FOUNDATIONAL HEALTH

Based on a clear framework, I help you find your footing when you feel unsure where to start, or unsure how to adjust what you're already doing. So many mothers arrive having tried a little of everything: a tip from a friend, an online group, another supplement, a new tool or device. They're looking for support outside of themselves instead of building from the ground up. The Roots Framework is where we lay that ground. Working root by root through the basics first, the pieces everything else depends on, so you know exactly what's true for your body and your baby before we build anything on top.

Feeding Rhythms

Adjustments as your baby grows and your needs shift, so the relationship feels easeful instead of rigid. Feeding isn't static. What worked at two weeks may not work at two months, and a growth spurt, a new tooth, or a change in your own schedule can quietly unravel a rhythm that used to work fine. Instead of starting over from scratch each time, we build something flexible enough to bend with those changes, so you're not caught off guard every time your baby changes. Recommendations are focused on connection with your baby rather than separation, helping you see that your baby's needs and your own are not at odds. They're woven together. That might mean finding a feeding rhythm that also protects your sleep, or a weaning pace that honors your baby's readiness without asking you to disappear from the process. The goal is never independence at the cost of connection, it's a rhythm that lets you both be met.

Movement Calibration

For you: specific movements that change your frame. This isn't movement for the sake of movement or another box to check on a to-do list. These are targeted patterns that shift how your body holds itself, which changes your capacity, your patterns, and makes an impact on a cellular level. Pregnancy and birth ask your body to reorganize itself, and most of us are never shown how to reorganize it back. This is that missing piece. For baby: specific baby-led, playful movement woven into your everyday routine. Babies carry the story of pregnancy and birth in their bodies too, and small, intentional movement helps them unwind that story and settle into more ease, whether that shows up as better sleep, easier feeds, or simply a baby who seems more comfortable and content. These aren't extra appointments or new gear, they're small moments folded into the day you're already having.

Daily Habits

A deeper look at what restores you and what drains you: family rhythms, environmental adjustments, sleep, nourishment, emotional wellbeing, and the cycles you can't seem to break on your own. Most mothers can name the thing that feels broken, the late nights, the constant snacking, the short fuse by 5pm, but the habit that's draining you is rarely standing alone. It's usually tangled up with two or three others feeding into it. We look at the whole shape of your days rather than treating each piece in isolation, so the changes we make actually hold instead of sliding back within a week.

Nourishment

Guiding you toward healing, energy-building foods and habits for both you and your little one.

For you, this means rebuilding what postpartum and breastfeeding ask of your body. Your body has spent months, sometimes years, giving to someone else, and it needs to be replenished with real intention, not just whatever's fastest to grab between feeds. We look at what your body actually needs to rebuild, so you're not running on empty trying to pour from a cup no one is filling, without swinging so far the other way that it creates new problems of its own.

For your baby, this means a gentle, intentional, and ancestral approach to introducing solid foods that supports gut and metabolic health from the very start. Rather than defaulting to whatever's easiest to spoon in, we think through order, texture, and timing in a way that sets your baby's gut and metabolic foundation for the years ahead, not just the next meal.

witness

Rather than searching for another expert to hand you a plan, or another course you can't seem to finish, you have someone who witnesses you in your process and helps you find your own way through it. There's a real difference between being told what to do and being walked alongside while you figure out what's true for you and your baby. Your story is honored, not retold from scratch at every visit. I already know your context, your history, what we tried last time and how it landed, so each visit builds instead of starting over.

This kind of continuity mirrors the feeling of being held by your village, someone who already knows you, who remembers what matters to you, walking beside you instead of handing you instructions from a distance. That's what lets you stop re-explaining and start moving forward.

a True Commitment to yourself that actually builds capacity

This is a partnership, not a rescue. I can’t and won't do the hard work for you, because the work has to be yours to actually take hold. What I offer is the map, the accountability, and someone in your corner as you walk it. What you bring is the willingness to show up for yourself in this season.

That's where capacity comes in. As your foundation gets steadier, your body more resourced, your rhythms more sustainable, you have more room to hold what used to feel impossible. The dreams and goals that once felt out of reach, the ones that seemed to require energy you didn't have, start to feel like the natural next step instead of one more overwhelming thing on the list. This isn't about doing more. It's about becoming someone who has the capacity to meet what matters to you.
